It’s always interesting how the energy guides me. I absolutely love sharing these stories. So many more to share. Thank you all for your support!

Few months back, I was at the liquor store buying wine, I never go to the liquor store, usually my husband does that, I’m not much of a drinker, but this time I went. I started walking around everywhere, I didn’t know where anything was haha! I’m walking around like what am I even looking for? Then, I was standing in this aisle with wine coolers, and one of my aunts came into my mind. She would always give us wine coolers, we were just kids, but she’d always say ahh don’t’ tell your mom. Her place was always so nice, she was always looking nice and taking care of herself it seemed like, very fun and bubbly, from my perspective, she was one of the cool aunts. Instead of buying the bottle wine, I bought the coolers, I went home and was showing my husband, like look how cute these are. I told him the story how she would give us these wine coolers. I was still in my own world but, my guides were telling me about her for a reason. I wasn’t really paying attention, I would say. But the story still has to unfold.

Back in March, I was delivering popbys for my real estate business. I was giving out these women empowerment items. I stopped at one house with the same last name as that aunt of mine, her face came into my mind again briefly, as well as the faces of her kids, and grandkids, I thought for a moment if she was not here anymore. I hadn’t seen her since I was a kid really. But I wasn’t too focused on the information and didn’t ask Oliver because, I was focused on real estate at that moment. I felt something, but again when I don’t want to receive, I brush it off. From that house, I stopped over at another aunts to give her a popby as well, to visit, and say hello. I went in and was speaking with her, and she shared the information with me about that aunt of mine I kept seeing in my visions, that she is no longer here. I didn’t know, but I asked Oliver, in my mind, is this why you had me come here next? They made my face smile. The last name of that Aunt was the same as the person’s house I just came from. I stayed a while and had a long conversation with my aunt, and I shared some things with her.

Fast forward, three weeks ago, I seen a pineapple in my meditation. The wine coolers I bought were pineapple flavored. Last week this song kept playing my head. How to save a life by The Fray. I asked my guides what this was about, they said to wait allow the timing to be right, the information will be revealed. I said okay, and let it be.

I sent out invites last week, I had one address mixed up with another, the aunt I just visited back in March and another invitee, it was only those two, I had already printed the labels. I thought I only had one like that. I kept working and skipped over that one. I finished everything and sent everything out.

This last weekend was very busy for me, getting everything together for upcoming events both personal and professional. Yesterday evening after my meditation, I received the first message up top, I remembered the events that happened, I thought that’s interesting. Well, I had a restless night, usually when my senses are like that I know its important. When I woke this morning, I sensed something, before meditation.

I went into meditation asking my guides for clarity, what was going on. This is when they shared all the information with me. The visions are too complicated to explain, some details I’ll share is I smelled what I thought were radishes, but then I remember it was bleach, but every time I smell this smell, I think of my great aunt Josie. This is the smell I associate with her, from visiting as a kid. My grandmother who is no longer here, visits with me from time to time, well my great aunt her sister Josie was speaking with me. I said oh that’s not radishes that’s actually bleach, I just remember going to her house and I remember the smell, I thought were radishes but actually it’s the smell of bleach mixed with soap. Any way this was my interpretation, because I hated radishes and she always had them. Then she took me through a scene, I seen her daughter, then another scene, then I knew, and I put it all together. I asked my guides to provide exact clarity and they did so. I thanked everyone for their clarity and came out of meditation.

As we are eternal beings. The energies are still very much conscious and always speaking and sharing, even my own family members and ancestors. This person is of Hawaiian ancestry this is why the pineapple came up. Everyone that guided me along this unfolding was an aunt and it was an aunt (not mine) that I had to share this information with.

After I received all the information, interpreted it and put it all together and I knew exactly what it was about. So, I messaged that person after my session, as you can see in the photo. It was that important and could not wait.

I can’t share all the visions and information, because it’s a lot of information that comes very quickly and I have to catch it all. I can say, this is literally life changing information, that’s all I can reveal, I gave her the rest of the information my guides gave me to share. At times it’s hard to explain things as the information flows in real time.

Can I tell you how unbelievably thankful I am for this gift. What I saw in the visions, then being able to give that information over through a text message! It’s unreal, its amazing, to help anyone with this insight, wisdom, and knowledge I receive through my channel.

Shortly after I connected with Oliver, my guides. I had started to share my gift/ability word of mouth. I was giving out these red cards that had my QR code to my website on it, for home cleansings, spiritual readings, and such. This was back in 2016 and I want to share a story about The House Ghost.

During a visit to my in-laws, we were all gathered around, relaxed, and hanging out. We’d all enjoyed a dinner together. My mother-in-law had one of my red cards on her mini fireplace that she used to keep by the home phone with other small items notes, mail, and such. My card was put up sort of slid in behind a little strap. Where it could be seen by the phone, on the small wall near the dining room. During dinner I had seen it there. After dinner, everyone went into the living room. I went into the other room because, I was breast feeding my little guy at the time. I was sitting in my husband’s sister’s room. While I was in there, I had my foot prompt up on a small chair. While I fed the baby, I began to notice this energy standing near me. I could see its energy vibration near where my foot was on the chair, as it was trying to get my attention. The energy kept tapping my toes, my big toe mostly kept getting pushed into the chair, off and on gently; I was wearing sandles. I could hear sort of a faint sonar sound in my ears as this energy was trying to communicate with me. In my mind, I just said the words; not right now. I kept focused on feeding the baby.

After I finished, I went back into the living room with everyone, we were all talking and enjoying each other’s company. My husband and I were sitting on the couch facing the dining area, everyone was playing with the baby. As we were sitting there something toward the dining room grabbed my attention and I looked in that direction. Then, my eyes were guided to the wood flooring, I seen the red card that had my QR code to my website in the middle of the floor near the table. I looked at it surprised. I stared in the direction again and seen the energy once more. While everyone in the living room was still talking, laughing, and paying attention to the baby. I got up quietly and picked up my card and put it back where my mother-in-law had it. Again, in my mind I said the words not right now. We spent a little more time. Then, left a little later than usual. The baby was nice and relaxed sleeping in the car seat.

When we started to drive the car, the baby started crying. I was driving and my husband decided to have me stop so, he could sit in the back with the baby; we did. We kept driving and he couldn’t get the baby to stop crying. My husband became quiet and just started to listen to our son. Just trying to connect with him to see what it is that he was saying or trying to tell us. But he cried the whole drive home. My husband and I were surprised he never did that. We finally got home and the moment we took the baby inside he stopped crying. He slept in his crib through the night nice and relaxed.

We both got ready for bed, brushed our teeth, and changed into our pj’s, He went downstairs to get a glass of water. He came back up we both took a sip. He put the remaining water on the dresser next to our bed. We both fell asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and said what the fuck because, I felt this wet feeling. I got up and turned on the light, my husband woke up. The top of his shirt was wet and so was the mattress; he was still half asleep. I’m yelling at him did you pee? He’s saying what?! No! We both stood there looking at each other asking, what the hell is it then? He looks down, then he reaches down next to his foot. On the floor, he picks up a cup. He looks at the dresser, where he had put the cup of water; it wasn’t there. I’m looking at him as he’s holding the cup. I instantly felt a feeling of what happened. The energy that was at his parents’ house had followed us home. It wanted to communicate. To get our attention it poured this cup of water on us. I didn’t say anything. My husband started tripping he, smelled the sheets like wait did I pee? He was still confused as to why the cup of water was empty on the floor and he was wet. I say how are you going to have pee across just the top of your shirt? It looked like a streak. We both got super chills! We changed the sheets and went back to bed. The next morning, my husband asks me what that was all about. He already knew; I knew. I explained to him the energy was just trying to communicate. Hes says what energy?

During my morning meditation I had allowed my guides to speak to me. They shared with me how the energy had been in that house for a long time, it was very playful, it always played with the dog, it was searching for its family, it would always try to get my husband sister’s attention by playing with her hair or doing small things to get her attention. In a teasing way. The energy wouldn’t ever mess with his mom though, it was because she was aware of its presence, she didn’t have a fear. The energy would take the keys and hide them from his dad things like that. Everything it would do was friendly, just trying to communicate. The energy was there because, its energy hadn’t been cleared or cleansed from the home when they bought it 20 years earlier from the previous family. My husband was tripped out he didn’t know what to think. This was one of the first moments he believed my ability.

My husband calls his mom, he says hey I have to tell you something, she says what? He goes you have a ghost in your house. She’s says I know! She starts explaining to my husband how it would pull her daughters hair, take the keys, and the dog would play with it. The renters downstairs would always tell my her that they would always hear someone upstairs running around or playing with a ball furniture moving late at night. He stops her and he goes mom everything you just said to me Brenda just told me before I called you. She’s like yeah? That she’s never heard anything or seen anything but everyone else does except her. They would just tell her, but she never believed anybody. Until I confirmed it.

We did a home cleansing and cleared the energy from the space.

This story is one of the first episodes my husband experienced with me. I have many more to share and I will in due time. This also speaks to how sometimes the energy lingers in spaces, clearing this energy helps cleanse, restore the well-being, and energy flow in your home. It certainly keeps the birds away, or I chose the wrong tattoo! lol

I decided to channel the energy into a new space. As you begin to open up and life reveals to you aspects of the nature of your reality. Remember your tools, you can always find the alignment within. This is one of the most precious aspects of my guides; Oliver. They helped me get there, and they have shown me many ways so, I can in turn show you. Full circle, they can guide you too as they share this wisdom through me.

Our ancestors believed in the spirit animal, it is part of the spirits transformation into the natural world. This expansion happens over many lifetimes. When you are ready, your spirit animal finds you. Your spirit animal is a direct expression of who you are on the inside. If it is the thing that scares you, this is the first clue that it could be your spirit animal. Secondly, your spirit animal will make contact and connection with you when you are by yourself. When no one else is around, you will know this moment and it will become a core memory. Even if you are not ready to understand yet; it will be revealed over time. Once, you overcome the fear of your spirit animal, the fear of your true sense of self, you can embrace who you truly are. Here is a story of how my spirit animal came to me.

My spirit animal, it was always a mystery to me. I remember working at this job during a management orientation everyone in the room was asked to introduce themselves, then introduce their spirit animal. I watched intently around the room, as each person stood up introduced themselves and said any random animal that came to mind, or the same animal someone else had said. When it was my turn, I stood up introduced myself and said I’m not sure what my spirit animal is yet. I sat back down. The room was quiet, but carried on. This had a deeper meaning for me then I even knew at the time.

Fast forward about 10 years later, we had bought a brand new house in a neighborhood close to our previous home. Our home was backed to open space, and often we would see animals in the back across the plain. I loved the view, the thought of watching the sunrise in the mornings, having coffee or tea and just sitting outside, felt amazing to me. I couldn’t wait to finish our yard so I could do that.

We hadn’t been living in our home particularly long yet, I would say just a couple months had gone by and I would regularly wake up early for my morning meditations. Well, this particular morning I woke up a little earlier than usual. I remember getting up and walking downstairs, the whole time I had a smile on my face. I wasn’t sure why, but I remembered having this smile though. People would tell me I always smiled when I played basketball. I never realized I was but, everyone said when you play you smile a lot! haha I never realized. Anyway, I didn’t get coffee first or anything I walked straight to the back sliding door. I opened the curtains and saw the sunrise barely beginning to peak its way off in the horizon. It was still very dark outside. I’m standing there for a moment just looking straight ahead, when suddenly I see something in my peripheral to the left; moving turning it’s head only. It was high up I thought that’s weird, we don’t have any trees up yet. Then, I realized that the basketball hoop was up. On top of it was this giant thing just sitting there. I had never seen anything like it before. It was a Grey Owl, so big. I took a step back for a moment as it startled me. To be honest, it totally touched a fear I had, had. My own fear of myself. I stood there watching it, I watched it looking onto the horizon with me. She looked at me several times, we shared a long five minutes, and just as the sun began to rise a little more it, raised its wings, began to fly, and off it went. It swooped down toward the back creek; and it was gone.

I have never told anyone this story, partly because it freaked me out at the moment. I didn’t understand it. I wasn’t sure. I didn’t even ask Oliver; my guides. I had no one to speak to about this that would understand. To be able to tell me what this spiritual connection was. So for a long time, about a year and a half I kept this fear inside of me. Anytime I would see an Owl I would literally panic and look away or do something to distract myself. I didn’t understand why I was feeling this way.

My own transformation through my life experience and with my guides has always been taught through my own experience. When I asked Oliver; my guides why, they said it is because that is how I learn; through experience. As I touched on who I was and dived in further within myself to discover my path and purpose I still felt very confused. I knew, okay I have this amazing gift and channel to the supernatural world, my guides speaking to me daily through sound vibrations, all these visions, all this information but, I wasn’t quite there yet. I had too many fears inside me still.

Last month, on a cold morning I walked outside barefoot and stood on the grass as the morning sunrise was beaming off in the horizon. I felt this beautiful breeze on my face, my feet touching the earth, so cold yet; inviting. I stood there and closed my eyes and I spoke to Mother Earth from my heart. I felt her vibration through my feet; pulsing through me. Tears began streaming down my face, I asked to release all of my fears, I wanted to be me; all of me. I felt this warm breeze come over me and then I opened my eyes and I felt this freedom within me. It felt like the very first time I connected with Oliver; my guides. Over the course of the last month, the energy within me has come alive. My guides have opened me up to a deeper understanding of my sense of self. So many wonderful things are flowing and lining up; connecting.

A week ago, I drove up to the mountains by myself, looking to clear my mind as my purpose becomes more clear, certain aspects of my reality are revealing themselves. So, I drive up to the casinos, this is something I have done since I was a teenager. I would drive to the mountains in search of a feeling a connection; something. As I got older and was able to go into the casinos I would do this often. I didn’t really know why, but I felt “called” up there. Being in the casino I feel this closeness to my spirituality I can’t quite explain it yet but, a revealing happened this last time. I finally understand why I would go to the casinos, I wouldn’t go up there to play I would go up there just to sit in there. I’ve never told anyone I do this until now. I’m sitting outside the balcony looking at the mountains. This song kept playing in my head: I am the Beginning and the End – Dorothy Tsatoke. Come to me Great Mystery, Native American healing songs. I decided to put my headphones on and put the song on. I do so. And I’m sitting out on this balcony just watching the mountain. Listening to this song and watching nature speak.

My eyes were focusing and refocusing Oliver does this through me from time to time and what was being revealed was the abundance of nature. It was amazing. I kept asking myself why do I come up here, what is the significance what is the point, what’s the reason? After a while, I decided to go walk around, you get free French vanilla lattes there. I always liked them. So, I start walking and I am by the elevators and trying to go back down to the casino area I was on the buffet floor. Well, this Native American man was waiting for the elevator too. He was an old man there with his wife. So polite to me. We get in the elevator and he makes short convo explaining how he and his wife are spending the weekend there and he was just so happy so full of life. I had this sudden realization about our ancestry and Indian Casinos. So wild, how the energy revealed to me the answer to my question so quickly. As I reconnect with my lost heritage and everything I feel called to has been an unspeakable beauty all around me. I shared that part of my revealing of my spirit animal because, our ancestors believed in the spirit animal. They speak and share with me through my own vibrational energy. The revealing of things doesn’t always happen at once, but over time. There is more to this Casino Indian story and I will reveal it at another time.

Over the past two weeks this song had been playing in my head. A small snippet of a song by Nas he has a line in his song If I ruled the World that says
“open they eyes to the lies
history’s told foul
But I’m as wise as the old owl”
As I kept hearing this song play in my mind I noticed that I didn’t feel that fear anymore. Oliver kept playing this song in my mind.

As I mentioned before, certain aspects of my reality have been revealing themselves. Blocks of beliefs that have been manifesting and revealing themselves; last night was one of them. I again asked myself what is this block from. Coming full circle today a week after being up on the mountain, I hear the Nas song playing in my mind again. The moment I released the block and accepted myself for who I truly am. The fear was gone and I embraced my spirit animal, my true sense of self.

The Wise Owl.

When the energy of a Pet communicates.

Today we had a surprise visit! I want to talk about pets in the supernatural world. First I will share a story. I had originally just posted a post up on FB and IG but I thought to myself, you left out a lot of detail. So, I thought this would be the best setting to give more of those details.

Yesterday, while on our way home we were just pulling up to the house and my car shifted gears, into D1 no big deal but, you can hear the shift in the transmission. Len and I looked at each other in wonder. So, we coasted a little bit past our house near a house on the corner that has many loud dogs and then I put it back in gear and turned around and we parked.

Now this morning, right before I woke up I kept hearing the name “Siggy” then I remembered her from RHNY a show I watch and she used to be on it. Anyway, I heard her name and then was immediately brought back to an scene/image of an episode of her talking about her son attending “Duke” University. I really didn’t think to much of it because, I wasn’t too interested in communicating. I brushed that off and I get into the shower.

While showering I heard the words “I feel like a woman” and the song by Shania Twain started playing in my mind. Quickly, the scene/images in my mind shifted and I was brought to screen/image of a colleague at my old brokerage and a setting we were in. I seen her dog and she had named her dog Shania. This was my next clue that this was a pet animal; a dog to be specific. Trying to communicate with me. I again brushed it off.

I went ahead and got my morning coffee and headed back upstairs for my morning meditation session. About 10 minutes in I was in a deep vibration. But, Len came in and pulled me out of it. She was super freaked out because, she heard something downstairs. I’m telling her oh its fine just relax. She’s like no I heard it it was so loud, like shuffling and it stopped and then it went again, then she heard a jingling, and it went louder. She’s like ask Oliver mom I heard it. Can you ask them please? It will make me feel more comfortable. I did and the guides said to her maybe you should stop watching scary movies in a loving way. She laughed because, it was a thought she had, had and Oliver knew. We knew it was something else but, they are very playful, funny, and loving when it comes to explaining things to us.

Of course I get up to check for her, when I came downstairs I knew it was an energy but, I just told her that it was just the shower. I had my husband double check for her so she felt more comfortable. He checked and said everything secured, she went back to sleep.

After she woke up I decided to tell her what it was. Since she was now calm. I wanted her to know it was just a friendly visit and the shuffling sound she heard was the dog running across the hardwood floor, the sound of its paws and nails, the jingling was its collar. She was like I knew it; I told you mom! Its a sign we should get a dog. I laughed, then she asked what was it’s name and I told her D-u-k-e. She was like that’s a cool name. The fact that it was communicating with Len told me the age of the pet as well.

This is a little insight of life as a Medium. It is always interesting and fun when energy communicates with us. Len was able to hear this communication with the pet because her supernatural vibration is still open, she loves animals, and that’s why she heard the energy.

The energy always looks to communicate and there are times where I brush off the information, today this energy wanted to make sure we knew it wanted to communicate, give a hello, and allow this manifestation in sharing; how pets are conscious energy too. They have a different frequency but, never the less they communicate with us in much of the same way. I always look at these episodes as insights that the energy and spirit are always motivating me forward!
